About Our Associates Program

 

Our twelve-month intensive program will guide our associates to salon best

practices. The detailed syllabus allows a step-by-step program to educate each

individual stylist across each learning style; Visual, Read/Write, Auditory, and

Kinesthetic. Fundamental Haircutting and Single process, Graduation and Foil

Placement, Advanced hair cutting and creative glossing are just a few we will cover.

 

Each associate accepted into the program is required to have either a

NJ State Board Permit or NJ State Board License.

At Salon Di Panache we believe in meeting the artist where they are. This

allows each associate to gain and polish their skills at their own rate.

​

Upon completion of their education program each associate will have the building

blocks to successfully cultivate and maintain their own personal clientele.
